We want you to be completely satisfied with your Alexis Bittar purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, full-priced items. Please ensure all original packaging and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and specify if you would like a refund or an exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated; simply download and print the label to facilitate a seamless transit back to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in their original Alexis Bittar pouches and boxes, then pack them into a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during delivery.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email confirmation once our team has inspected the items and processed your refund.
